THE FULL PROVEN PROGRAM

I help men and women in their 30s and 40s who used to be adventurous, active and up for anything… but somewhere along the way, life go heavier, work got busier, and comfort slowly took over.

You’re not out of shape you’re out of challenge. You’ve drifted from the person you used to be. You miss that version of yourself who said “yes” to things, who pushed hard, who felt proud of what your body could do. You want that spark back. You want to feel capable again.

I’m not teaching random ideas from a textbook or regurgitating social media ideas and AI BS. Everything you’ll discover in this program has come from hard-won, real-world experience.

The Most Comprehensive All Round Program For Adventure Lovers. There Is Nothing Else Like It Out There

You get everything you need to build genuine competence in mountainous environments as well as nailing your all round health and fitness for day to day life.

Does This Sound Like Your Situation?

Life has a way of pulling us into survival mode.

Routine. Work stress. Family responsibilities.

Before you know it, the adventurous side of you gets buried under to-do lists, fatigue, and years of “I’ll start next week.”

Most people try to fix this with random workouts, motivation quotes or forcing themselves into gym routines that don’t actually mean anything to them.

But what you really need is:

  • SIMPLE Structure over random "flexible" chaos

  • Purpose instead of guesswork

  • Challenge instead of seeking comfort

  • Accountability to yourself instead of empty promises

  • A simple system that fits the reality of your life

That’s what this program delivers.

Fit4Adventure - Jon Batty

HOW I HELP YOU

I take stressed, stuck adults who’ve drifted into comfort…
and rebuild them into strong, confident, capable humans who thrive under challenge.

My approach is simple, direct and effective:

Build a strong, reliable body

Training that actually moves the needle through strength, conditioning, movement quality, durability and real-world performance.

Strip everything back to basics

No fluff. No perfect scenarios. No overcomplication.
Just a clear plan you can consistently execute even on your busiest weeks.

Install systems that remove motivation from the equation

Routines, habits and nutrition frameworks that work even when life is chaotic.

Reintroduce real challenge

Events, milestones, outdoor days, physical tests. When you voluntarily push your limits, everyday stress becomes irrelevant.

HOW WE DO THINGS HERE

We aren't just about outcomes. We are about improving standards and creating life long change

Do You Feel The Following?

Here are the things I see over and over again:

  • You feel unprepared, unfit or “past it” when adventure or physical challenges come up.

  • Your confidence has dipped because you’ve stopped doing hard things.

  • You’re stuck in stressful, comfortable routines that drain you.

  • Your body feels less strong, less reliable, less capable than it used to.

  • Everyday stress is overwhelming because you don’t face any real challenge anymore.

  • You’ve plateaued physically and mentally.

  • You WANT change, but you’re tired, overwhelmed and unsure where to start.

And most of all…

You miss the feeling of accomplishment, purpose and aliveness you used to get outdoors, training hard or working towards something meaningful.

This is the type of person who gets the most from the program

You believe in the raw power of a human body that’s trained for life, not for photos.

A body that can climb, carry, run, lift, hike, scramble and push through discomfort without folding.

You want to get back into the outdoors.

You want to be lean, strong, mobile and mountain-ready.

You want to become the person your family, your friends, and your team look at and think: “He’s back.”

And you’re not afraid to get the right support to speed the whole process up. But time after time, the same problems pull you off track the same problems the modern fitness industry keeps making worse.

Problem 1 - Food, Stress & Convenience

You already know nutrition is the backbone of a capable body. You know fat loss, energy, recovery and performance all hinge on what you put into yourself. But real life gets in the way long days, late nights, stress, convenience food, cravings creeping in, and decision fatigue eating away at your discipline. Before you know it, quick stops for junk become more frequent, evening snacking becomes routine, and every influencer online is giving a different “optimal” diet that leaves you even more confused than before.

The Built For More Solution:

We take nutrition out of the “diet culture” bullshit and bring it back to what actually matters: fuelling your body to perform. No strict rules, no obsessing over calories, no tracking your life into a spreadsheet. Instead, you get a simple, sustainable framework that works in the real world not just on perfect weeks. We focus on whole foods, high-quality meals, reducing processed junk and stabilising energy so your body finally starts feeling and performing like it should. Fat drops, energy rises, recovery improves and you stop fighting your cravings because your body is finally being fed properly. This isn’t a diet it’s a long-term system that turns eating well into something automatic, consistent and effortless.

Problem 2 - The Stop–Start Cycle

You’ve had phases where you trained consistently and felt unstoppable, until life hit you sideways. Stress, packed schedules, low motivation, lack of direction… and suddenly the routine collapses. You convince yourself it’s a willpower problem, but it’s not. You’re stuck in a cycle because you’ve been trying to force discipline with systems that aren’t built for your personality, your lifestyle or your goals. Most fitness programs treat people like robots to follow the plan or fail with zero guidance when the real world inevitably gets messy.

The Built For More Solution:

You get leadership, structure and accountability the ingredients that actually build consistency. Instead of being left to “hope” you stay on track, you get weekly check-ins, direct communication, clear targets and simple habits that support your life rather than compete with it. You get a coach who gives honest feedback, adjusts your plan when work and stress pile up, and holds you to a higher standard without the sugar-coating. Over time, stop–start becomes steady progress, steady progress becomes resilience, and resilience becomes a lifestyle you don’t abandon when life gets chaotic. We don’t build motivation we build systems that make consistency feel inevitable.

Problem 3 - Training That Doesn’t Match Your Goals (or who you are)

You want a body that’s strong, fit and capable... not just aesthetically pleasing. You want to hike, climb, carry, lift, run and handle real-world challenges with confidence. But modern training isn’t built for that. Your past routines have been repetitive, boring, disconnected from your goals, and designed for people interested in posing, not performing. Program hopping, second-guessing yourself and feeling uninspired is a natural result of training systems that don’t reflect the life you want to live.

The Built For More Solution:

Your training is designed around how the human body is meant to move and how you want to live. Strength that carries over into the outdoors, conditioning that improves your physical and mental capacity, mobility that prevents injury and structured progression that keeps you engaged and improving. Every session has purpose behind it, you’re not just “working out,” you’re becoming more capable. And because your plan is tailored to you (your level, your schedule, your goals), you always know exactly what to do, how to do it, and why it matters. You stop guessing. You stop hopping between ideas. You start progressing in a straight line consistently, confidently and with clarity.
